The Rotary Club of Mango City Malda has established a vocational sewing training school in honor of the esteemed PDG Dr. Kirti Ranjan Dey, PP RC Tinsukia, and PDC IW Dist. 324 Mrs. Subinita Dey. The school was officially opened on April 27th, 2022, at Inner Wheel Kunja Malda, and is being operated in collaboration with the Inner Wheel Club of Malda. Every month, on every Friday, a sewing class is held under the guidance of experienced teachers. The purpose of this class is to support women in need, helping them become self-sufficient. On November 26, 2025, during the official visit of the District Governor, Rotarian Dr. Elangbam toured the sewing training center and engaged in discussions with the students and distributed certificates. The students also showcased their products.
